I'm Mariah Martin
Sleep consultant and postpartum doula to the stars
(That's you!)
Wondering how much sleep your baby needs?
Download my free, age-appropriate Sleep Chart to help figure out wake windows for your little one.

Wouldn't it be great...
to have someone tell you exactly what time to put your baby to bed and how to do it? To explain the science of sleep to you and help you understand why your baby is struggling? To set up a schedule that works for you and your little one? All without crying it out or feeling lost and alone. While working together to teach your little one to fall asleep independently, I will hold your hand and walk you through the entire process so that you don’t feel overwhelmed or confused. I will write a clear and concise plan that moves you from surving to thriving.

My story
I have been a baby person my whole life. I started babysitting at 11, got a degree in Early Childhood Development, and became a career nanny right out of college. After 21 years and many amazing families, I became a postpartum doula. Helping families transition to bringing home a new baby and supporting them through the fourth trimester is what I was always meant to do! Eventually, I went on to certify as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Helping families teach their little ones to sleep independently has been truly rewarding. Putting these two things together has made me much more well-rounded and I love bringing all of my expertise to families in need.
I love that this is what I get to do with my life!
